Short a kilometre north from the centre of Lode. The Kalnalammikas homestead is situated on the right bank of the Rūja River. The stone is at the edge of the Rūja flood land, approximately 100 m S from the homestead.
1.5 km from the centre of Priekule town, in the lowest part of the right bank slope of the Virga River, 150 m S-SW from the Joguļi stone with carvings, 630 m NE from the Elekši cup-marked stone, 30 m S –SW from the Joguļi 1st Cup-Marked Stone, at the bottom of the forest-covered slope of an individual bedrock coast protuberance (between the Virga River, tributary and a tiny side ravine), in an underbrushy deciduous tree (mostly birch) forest.
