Description
Diameter of the spring 15 m, depth of the water starting from the ground 1m. brook starts from the spring withh a direction to the South and South-West and goes into the Atla River.
Narrative
Used for healing and sacrifices, said to have an inexhaustible store of water. Once, during a major drought, steps were cut into the spring, to reach the water. Estonia has close to 500 known historical sacred springs. Although water itself was holy for the ancient Estonians, some of the springs were believed to have special powers of healing, prognostication or influencing the weather, fortune-telling or answering prayers. Many sacred springs continue to be used for drawing mineral water.

Resembles an algae-covered water hole in a marshy wood.
