The Unkši Cup Marked Stone was examined by A. Grīnbergs in 2010. The stone is 1.9 m long, 1.75 m wide and 0.9 m high. The composition of the stone is average crystalline gray gneiss. On the surface of the stone, there are 11 thoroughly made and also 12 probable cup marks. The deepest cup mark is up to 2 cm deep. The other cup mark in the eastern part of the stone surface has an oval side polish. It is presumed that the stone has been preserved in its initial place — in the middle of a meadow drained nowadays, which is at present used as pastureland. The cattle have trampled down the grass so badly that at the time of the visit the grass grew no longer anymore. (Grīnbergs, 2010; with J. Urtāns addendum)
